Reiki

I've been a  Level II Certified Reiki Practioner for the last 14 years.  I work on a very intuitive level of healing; letting the body's energies guide the healing to where it needs it most.  Many a time I have 'seen' a medical issue in an area of the body and had my client tell me they have gone to the doctor to be told the same thing was diagnosed.  The body is smart and knows what is taking place.  I don't diagnose things, but I do 'see' what's happening in the body.  I always urge the purest form of healing with clean food and diet, a trusted doctors visit, acupuncture, chiropractic care, anything outside the box especially if you've been frustrated over a symptom that can't seem to find its way out of your body.

Reiki is a Japanese form of hands on energy healing.  It is non-invasive, safe, nurturing, non draining to the practitioner, and re-vitalizing to the receiver.  It works with all other healing modalities such as massage, Rolfing, accupuncture, Theraputic Touch, physical therapy etc.  It is relaxing, reduces stress and you will feel energized after a session.

 Reiki works with the body's chakras, which are energy centers in every body.  These chakras should be balanced and flowing.  When they are not, there is blockage and you can feel this.  Reiki will unblock, revitalize and renew you.  I can also perform distance Reiki on a person.  Its pretty amazing stuff and the longer I do this, the more it is amazing to me.  I really just get out of the way, let the person's body tell me where the healing needs to take place and there is always a pretty significant discovery in this process.

Animals LOVE Reiki, they always whole heartedly invite it in and are very eager to communicate with this energy.  I love performing Reiki on animals, they are my favorite patients!  If you have a pet in need or are just curious to what is going on with them, please don't hesitate to contact me.   I've worked with horses to dogs to anything you can imagine.  I love it.

I charge $35 for a half hour and $60 for an hour.

It is a Tack Swap held annually by the Alumni Association of Westernaires so there will be horse owners from all over!  Every hour there is a seminar/workshop/speaker and Southern Star and I will be THERE AT NOON.  Southern Star and I will be working together and holding clinics throughout Colorado and just want to let people know what a wonderful combo this is.  Every horse on the PLANET has behavioral issuses.  (As do we humans.) As well as health issues.  When you can understand your horse through communication with the energies I work with, and have a trainer right there to help you with this communication, your relationship with your horse will change.  It will balance the horse with any health issues, it will balance YOU as a horse owner, YOUR issues may come up surrounding the horse, Reiki will balance all of that.

It is pretty incredible.  I was a reluctant Reiki person, it sounded like weird hippie stuff : ) - but its been bowling me over for 14 years and if it helps you be a better horse owner, a better person with some understanding of yourself and those you have relationships with, including your horse, then you have nothing to lose.
